Due to the cancellation of Finals Day, all finalists are required to arrange their own matches to be played before mid-November 2025.
Match Arrangement Guidelines:
In accordance with the knockout rules, three potential dates must be proposed between participants.
These dates must include both midweek and weekend options.
Once agreed, confirm a final date for the match and advise Gethin of this date.
Referee Coordination:
Please include the allocated referee (as per the attached list) in your discussions when arranging dates.
If the appointed referee is unavailable for any of the proposed dates, contact the C & H Committee to request an alternative.
Presentation Night:
The Presentation Night will take place before the AGM on 26 November 2025, on a date to be confirmed.
