Due to popular demand, we’ve added another date and another chance to hear Ted Buckett LT CDR Royal Navy share his remarkable first-hand experiences of flying helicopters during the Falklands War.

Join us at Tenby Golf Club on Saturday 14 November at 7pm for a special Remembrance Day evening with Ted Buckett LT CDR Royal Navy, as he shares his personal experiences of flying helicopters during the Falklands War.

Through his own recollections, Ted will offer a first-hand perspective on life and service during the conflict, reflecting on the people, places and events that have remained with him ever since. It promises to be a fascinating and thoughtful evening, combining personal memories with an insight into the realities of operating as a Royal Navy helicopter pilot during one of the defining conflicts of modern British military history.

Taking place on Remembrance Day, the evening will also provide an opportunity to pause and reflect on those who served, those who did not return, and the lasting impact of the Falklands War on those who experienced it.

The talk will take place in The Club Room at Tenby Golf Club, with tickets priced at £5 per person. Numbers are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your place.

The full 19th Hole bar menu will be available before the talk for anyone who would like to join us for supper beforehand, making it an ideal opportunity to enjoy something to eat before settling in for the evening.
