On Saturday the club members are raising money to help Luke Harries on his journey through in qualifying stages of the DP World Tour. The competition is a single Stableford with separate prizes for men and women. Entry fee £10.
There will be individual prizes for the best scores, and a nearest the pin prize on the 17th hole.
Raffle tickets can be purchased on the day, and we have numerous prizes which includes 4 balls at various courses, golf shirts golf balls wines, etc. If you have a raffle prize please bring it on the day. £5 a strip of tickets please bring cash if you can for the raffle
We are also running sealed auctions, please enter your bids in the envelops provided. If you are unable to come to the club on Saturday send me your bids and I will enter it for you. Send to jonesbja@btinternet.com.
The lots are:
1) A 4 ball curtesy of the ‘59 club’ the courses include some of the most prestigious venues in the UK. You can view them on their website.
2) Combined prize of 4 balls on the PGA course at The Belfry and on the North Warwickshire Golf Course. These courses are about 10 miles apart so the winner can make a 2 day trip to the Midlands.
3) A signed Manchester United shirt.
