Pam Wareham and Beth McMann have secured their place in Round 4 of this year’s Daily Mail Foursomes.
After receiving a bye in Round 1, they faced a challenging away tie against South Pembs. A blistering start saw them go 4 up after just four holes. Although the determined South Pembs pair fought back, Pam and Beth held their nerve to win 2&1.
The Round 3 draw proved no kinder, sending them away again, this time to Cardigan Golf Club. In a tightly contested match, with never more than a hole between the pairs, Pam and Beth were one up playing the 18th and sealed a 2-up victory with a win on the final hole.
Well done for flying the Tenby flag and best of luck in Round 4, with the draw due on Monday 12 May.
