On Saturday 19 October, the members of Tenby Golf Club came together to support one of their own, raising an impressive £3,000 to aid Luke on his journey in the DP World Tour.

The weather was perfect, with Saturday’s Stableford played under glorious sunshine on a beautifully prepared course.

A total of 107 players entered, each contributing a £10 fee, and many purchased raffle tickets at £5 each. Thanks to the generous donations for the raffle, approximately £1,000 was raised. If you haven’t claimed your prize yet, please bring your ticket to reception, and the staff will assist you.

As for the golf, it was a mix of highs and lows!

In the ladies’ competition, Sarah Waring took the lead with a remarkable score of 41 points, earning an OUUL golf bag. Alison Daniel came in second and received a Solheim Cup golf shirt, while Carole Beecher secured third place, winning a Solheim Cup visor.

In the men’s section, Andrew Evans topped the leaderboard with 40 points, winning a Tenby golf bag. Phil Young followed in second place, earning a dozen Titleist Pro V1 balls (which might soon find their way into the Tenby rough!), and Dave Morris claimed third place, winning a Titleist golf cap.

The nearest-the-pin prize, a dozen Titleist Pro V1 balls, was won by Rio Proctor.

**Sealed Auction Winners:**
