A total of 27 players from the Tenby Golf Club Seniors section enjoyed an away day at Mond Golf Club.
The competition was twofold, with a three-man team event and an individual Stableford competition taking place on the day. The tree-lined course presented a different set of challenges for the players, but despite the difficult conditions, there were some excellent scores.
The team event was won by Seniors Captain Martin Spurin, Derek Cole and Paul Crawford.
In the individual competition, Jon Large took first place with an excellent 39 points. Ian Duke finished second with 35 points, while Tony Andrews took third place on countback, just pipping Derek Cole. The twos pot was shared by Ian Duke and Paul Bradley, while nearest the pins went to the ever-consistent Ian Duke and Paul Crawford.
After the competition, everyone enjoyed a well-earned meal and a chance to relax after a great day of golf.
Thank you to everyone who supported the day.
